Customer Service reception is terrible very low people skills. Asked how do you get a free Coffee and replied you don't. They charge for tea and coffee what car showroom sales and service charge? Tea and Coffee are a ice breaker. They definitely need Disney training in customer service skills. Asked for see the manager and he did have much better interpersonal skills and gave me a very nice free coffee. Thank you for your reply just for your info Volkswagen Chiswick are offering unlimited free tea and coffee and a smile.

Really fast service, friendly and informative communication. I posted my question on the web on a Saturday and I had the sales callback on the next day. It was the first time when I bought a bike in the UK and the sales guy (Khaled) gave me all the info I needed. They managed professional delivery too. I hope the quality of the garage is the same as the sales, after this experience I am going to bring my bike to them for the service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Elliot Macdonald was so awesome right from the very start - from our first telephone chat to when my missus and I were on site - friendly, professional and just cool. He even checked in us when we got home as the weather was bad when we were leaving site. Our experience was second to none. Definitely recommending Chiswick Honda to anyone in the market for their next car.

We went to test drive the Honda E and were looked after by Liz, she was lovely and really helpful! i think it is amazing that the sales execs can do their own quotes for the funding options and it makes it a seamless operation and really customer focused. we still aren't ready to buy but when we are we will be back. Thank you Liz!
