They lost my locking nut removal tool when the car was serviced and we are trying to get it replaced with no luck. We keep calling every day and all they say is that they will call us back and nobody does. Really poor service. Of course, when we called to book the service they were very kind and accommodating as they charge a fair amount for that.

Good experience buying a nearly new Citroen C3 Aircross and trading in an 8 year old Chrysler Delta. The Sales Executive was attentive and helpful, although my Wife and I were likely some of the more easier of customers he has had to deal with. Only 4.5 stars as the Handbook and Service booklet were missing, although these will be replaced in due course.

Very helpful and had test drive followed by satisfactory negotiated price of new car which I then ordered. Process a bit tainted by Covid restrictions and pressures but dealership did their best.
