Took my 2014 208 for service and MOT this weekend (Saturday 21st). The service from the lady at reception was brilliant. Offered that I could stay and wait with refreshments available or leave and come back. Covid safe as well as was worried about this but they were all very professional and even cleaned my vehicle as well. All staff were helpful and very polite - from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend and will definitely be taking my car back in the future (especially as it was the cheapest quote I received!) It has also been newly done up and it is much easier to find the entrance as it is on a roundabout and there is a lot of parking!

Amazing service and amazing staff, I only work with the service departament as I manage a fleet of vans and I need to say that theybare brilliant. Quality service and top customer service, my main man is Andrew and he does an amazing job, always helpful, always smiling, always going the extra mile to offer great and amazing service. Salutations to him and to the whole team for amazing customer service. I am 196% happy and will always return here. Keep up the good work and keep making your customers happy, I think being customer centric is the way to go in any bussines, happy customer equals good bussines, and to be honest, this is what I found at Robins and Day! I wish I had read these reviews before visiting this showroom! AVOID!!!! Initially my visit started off ok and I was somewhat happy; but then pushy salesman (whom I will not name for now) pressured/ convinced me to place a £500 deposit on a car that would be gone by the end of the day. As I was told this is refundable a wanted more time to think I did so. Later deciding against the car, I am have been trying to find out about my refund to which this salesman who never calls back unless I email then may I get one back if Im lucky. This is not how you treat paying customers at least communicate. It seems I am not the only person this has happened too!!! I THINK ITS IS DISGUSTING HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. I will continue to look into this- mark my words! If you are thinking of visiting this dealership just be mindful before placing 'refundable deposits as its seems they are highly unprofessional with peoples monies. Read the other reviews too!!!

Helpful service, my car was put into service and everything was repaired under warranty. The service responded quickly to messages about how the repair was going. The only downside is that the car was repaired for more than a week

Booked a test drive and they told me they will give me 30£ Amazon voucher if I actually do the test drive, I wantetto test drives new e2008 , but they have never send a voucher , not I like the car and level is service Update : received a call from manager and all problems sorted quickly.
