Very slick operation. Signed in vehicle quickly and Andrew was very thorough and explained what would be carried out service and MOT wise and estimate given as to when car was likely to be ready. Collection was earlier than estimate and I was given good notice enabling me to get to the dealership in good time.
Overall very pleased with the experience.
I was really interested in the DS3 electric, liked the look and seemed ideal.
However, the absolute lack of engagement from the sales people was astounding.
48 hours later we needed up buying an electric car from another brand.
This newly refurbished showroom is likely to be a loss making enterprise if the sales team remain so apathetic to customers.

Very good service rep - but you get there, drive round an uncomfortably tight corner up a ramp- and there is nowhere to park! Was the architect not told that there would need to be sufficient parking?
