Shocking customer service, turned up for a prearranged test drive, no salesman, no car, they did offer the opportunity to test drive a different car, I found that utterly pointless, he may as well offered us a Volvo to test drive! Not even a follow up courtesy call from the original salesman to explain themselves and apologize. A complete waste of myself and wife's valued time. Appallingly unprofessional. I bought a Volvo.
The sales people are very nice, especially Akeel.
I have owned and driven hundreds of Peugeot and Citroen vehicles over the years and would normally recommend them to anyone, but since asking Peugeot UK a very simple question about emissions on two or three identical vehicles being different and being informed that if I “do not” own the vehicles, they could not supply this information, I am now reconsidering PSA as a whole.
In France and the U.K. the actual information on any one vehicle is available in the public domain, in France, PSA will give you almost any information as long as it is not about the owner of a vehicle.
Mileage, condition, where it has spent its life (city, rural etc) even the chassis number and service history, in the U.K. it seems this is going against the “Official Secrets Act!”
They are cars, who really cares? This is Ridiculous, if I want information on a PSA vehicle in the U.K., I have to telephone PSA in France and they will let me know everything.
