Bad, bad, bad ,. Worst service I've ever been to. You can think MASERATI, HR OWEN are big names and you and your car can feel as VIP there but nothing more wrong could come up in your mind! They never do proper repairs , I have feeling they are guessing what is wrong. A very long waiting time for a replacement car. Repairs take forever. I could write poem of bad things they do.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer and I would strongly recommend to avoid it. They are totally unreliable, dishonest and untrustworthy. What is even more disappointing is that I have reported them to Maserati head office in Italy and all they could say was that they were sorry for the totally appalling and unacceptable behaviour of HR Owen but they could do nothing about it. Furthermore the apologies were only verbal and I have never received a written reply to my formal complaint to the dealer first and Maserati Italy then. To make things even worse this is the only official Maserati dealer and garage in London, so if you are in London and fancy driving a Maserati thing again and pease be aware of these people.
