The gentleman at the Hornsey branch was polite, courteous and very helpful. He explained the process to me throughout and finally gave me a valuation and explained how he came to that valuation. Overall excellent service.
Even 1 star is one too may! Rubbish. Kept waiting first thing Sunday morning! Disinterested staff. Left after 25 minutes. If I'd have stayed, sure they would have fleeced me. You just get that impression...Thankfully I'm not desperate to sell. Feel sorry for those that are...
