Terrific service was given when I visited the dealership. I was unsure whether to purchase a Volvo not knowing too much about the history of the company. I was met with a enthusiastic individual, I believe his name was Hassan. Who showed me around and made me feel welcomed in unfamiliar waters. He answered all of my questions and shared great details into each particular vehicle. I went for a car that suited my life style and practicality (V40 R-design). I was thrilled to leave with a sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing vehicle, that ultimately met all of my needs. I would most definitely recommend this dealership with there professional support and Volvo to any person looking for a new refreshing driving experience.

10 out of 5 *stars*. I cannot recommend a better dealer to buy a car from. I had spent weeks looking for a specific XC90 but was luckily able to find one, after being recommended to visit Sentinel from another dealer; and with the help from Navadini & Richard I was recently able to purchase my very own, dream XC90. I have since been loving the car and have made several adventurous trips with it. i cannot express how happy i have been with the whole Volvo experience. Again, I cannot thank Navadini enough, for going above and beyond to help ensure my requests were always complete and followed up; Listening to all my questions and always keeping me in the know of any updates to my vehicle. Simply the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Perfectly patient and constantly available with answers. They were never annoyed or pushy around my chopping and changing. Richard and Nav were simply exceptional. I’m now a Volvo lifer.

Absolutely amazing customer especially two individuals ; Ian (service manager) always helpful and on the phone to you with updates, goes the extra mile, helps you throughout the service / repair - and Monica always welcoming and going the extra mile to get up while she’s on the phone to someone else to grab someones attention so they can serve you while you’re waiting.
