I had my heart set on becoming the proud owner of a Nissan vehicle when I went into Glyn Hopkin last week, and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from Ali. He was patient and friendly as he talked me through the process; I never once felt rushed or forced into making a decision, and he was on hand via telephone and email to reassure me and answer the many questions I had.
