Had my car in for servicing. I was impressed with measures they had in place and felt safe. Excellent service as usual.
Updated my rating to 5 stars. Everyone here always strives to provide a good level of customer service. I bought a new car from Alan Day a year ago. Sophie Rogers in Sales was excellent. Now just had my first service, Chris in Service looked after me well. Car was completed within the 2 hour wait window promised. No issues. Video and health check emailed to me before I even left the showroom. I also bought an item from the Parts dept and the young lad on the desk was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this VW / Skoda dealer.... and I am very picky! Check them out.

Very good service and Mark was very helpful and nice to talk to, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very good service and car smells like a new pin.
Best experience I've had when buying a new Skoda. Definitely thinking of upgrading to a VW though. Their parts department are fantastic!!
