I felt it was very beneficial to receive a telephone call to remind me of my appointment. I was kept up to date prior to the car being picked. The young lady who picked up my car was lovely and explained what would happen with my car during the service. When my car was returned she gave me the relevant paperwork associated with the service. She was polite and very pleasant.
