We needed a good used car quickly and found what we wanted at Renault Cardiff - worried the car might go quickly (it was exceptionally low mileage) we started ringing before they actually opening hours - and there were people already there and working - Sean was excellent; knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with my questions and what he didn't know he found out. We had to drive for a couple of hours to look at the car, and when we got there it was valeted and ready for a test drive. Having decided to buy it, and not wanting to come back the following day Sean stayed late to complete the paper work, and followed up by email.
