We'd already found the car online and left a £99 deposit to reserve the car and arranged to go up and see it last week. The "guaranteed" part ex price isn't guaranteed as they go over it again when you get there. The car was as described and there were no issues with letting us test drive it. What was annoying was basic things like the salesperson not knowing whether there was a spare key or not and constantly having to sit down and wait to see someone else. We arrived at 1300hrs and left at 1530! We arranged to pick the car up yesterday. This bit was much easier and we were out in 30 minutes! As long as you know what you're looking for and confident enough to say no to products you don't want then generally the process is quite smooth. My wife bought the car outright and we didn't experience any of the pushy sales tactics around their finance etc that other reviews mention. Not a bad experience but the sales process needs to be quicker. The collection process was fine. The mask wearing by staff could be better, many walking around with them on their chins or no masks at all.

I appreciate that the threat of cleanliness is an issue in the world at the moment, but from entering the building we were told we couldn't just walk around, we'd have to pick cars from a catered list after giving over all our contact details. The cars recommended by the manager (the salesman can't do this alone apparently) didn't suit the list we asked for at all and were all over the clear budget. Lots of pressure to buy even in a 15 minute visit, finance mentioned at almost every step even after saying cash purchase at the door. Having seen many dealers that day, this was a standout poor experience.

Great service. Martin looked after me then passed me on to Sophie who was my business manager who did all the final paperwork she couldn't do enough for me. She even remember me from two yeas ago when i bought from them. The only down side was the amount of time there....... a shocking six hours we arrived at 9:40 we were early enough to beat the rush, we picked the car within the first hour but for some reason it was an all day event, also when sorting the final paper work i was told they didn't have a V5 for the car and sent me to the local post office. To which i was told i couldn't pay the £25 for the new V5, but i could tax the car myself, which i did. still have no V5 i'm guessing it will be sent out to me via the post. I would recommend but would suggest they speed up the process.
