If you want a dealer who gives a damn about any issues AFTER you've driven away with the car then this by far isn't the dealers for you! We bought our car almost 5 months ago and had a great experience with the purchase- appeared honest, reliable and said all the right things. Unfortunately our parcel shelf was missing from the car- honest mistake- so I rung up 3 days after purchase to make them aware and they offered to post it as we live a long way from Cardiff. We received the item THIS Saturday ALMOST 5MONTHS LATER! And that was only because a lovely customer lives near us and brought it home with them! We rang 30+ times, we were given consistent lies (I can't even begin to list the most ridiculous lies!) about 'lost DHL post' (but wouldn't give a tracking number!) and promises of receiving on certain days so we would stay home waiting. We would ring and speak to the owner on one day, ring a couple days later to be told 'we haven't rung in a fortnight...'?! We got incredibly frustrated throughout the whole situation over something that could have been sorted within 1 week. I will not be recommending this garage to anyone. I dread to think what would happen if one of their cars broke down within the 6 month warranties when they can't do the simple tasks....! This is not a garage who cares about their customers after their money is in the bank, that's for sure!

Just had a full service and mot of a car bought here last yr. When bought mot was clear - service book not stamped but insisted it had be done just mechanic forgot to sign. Seemed pleasant enough and genuine dealer but now major and expensive faults have been identified. Garage says with our minimal mileage these were definitely faults that were there last year and would've at least been listed on mot if nothing else. They must've known what they were selling. Sounds like garage who do their mots is dodgy too as no advisories. Car is going to cost £1000's to fix. Stay away.
