Wow! I rarely do reviews but this one is definitely deserved. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Im always a little worried about buying a car on my own but the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable I immediately felt like I was in good hands, they couldn't do enough to help, being able to test drive on a private test road was an added bonus. On collection the car was absolutely immaculate and again the staff went above and beyond to explain how everything worked. Thank you so much I am absolutely in love with my car and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend these guys.

Amazing service by Jamie! Enquired, tested and bought the car all in a matter of hours. Fantastic service and really nice guys! No pushy sales techniques. Really helpful and would 100% recommend anybody looking to take a look at their cars. Was scary as first time buying a "nice car" and always a bit hesitant but all fear gone using them. Smooth purchase, pleasure doing business ! We purchased a Mercedes from BCM for my wife back in September this year which was made very easy by the sales Person Jammie during these difficult times, the car has been perfect up to now and my wife is very happy with the purchase. Jamie was great made us feel at ease as soon as we met with no pressure to buy. Very friendly and answered any questions we had concerning the purchase of the car. Made sure that we were happy with the purchase every step of the way. Great dealership and would recommend these to anyone. Dean was also very helpful as well.
