My son purchased a car from a man in Romford. The car came with a brand new MOT from Allen Ford Upminster, which he felt offered a guarantee that the car was in a good and safe condition. Well when he got it home (150 miles away around the M25 and down the M4) he discovered that not only did the handbrake not work but there was a major fuel leak. Both serious MOT fails. He took it to the garage and found multiple further issues including no brake fluid, another MOT fail. Turned out the ‘bloke’ he’d bought the VW Polo from worked at Allen Ford Upminster. Clearly the MOT was dodgy and was a joke. The car was unsafe and could have easily caught fire on the motorway. Do not buy a car from this garage and do not take your car there for any repair work or MOT unless you want to drive away a death trap. My son contacted the garage and they weren’t interested. Disgraceful.

Professional.. they have got it nailed. Had a full Ford service and then didn't realise I needed the MOT as well so back I went a.couple of weeks later. All the necessary safety measures in place... nicely done.
Really helpful when visiting the forecourt unannounced. However when I tried to book appt to test drive it was a different story. No returned calls or email rey. Purchased elsewhere. Bit disappointing
MOT & service for 12 plate Focus. All work done the same day as promised. Always had good services here. 4* only due to "main dealer" prices but they are as good or better than other dealerships.
