I made an appointment to view a Mercedes A class at the House of motors Romford branch. All staff were professional and very helpful. After much consideration we decided to purchase the Vehicle, the salesperson was outstanding in dealing. I was not at any time pushed to make a decision. I would certainly recommend them in the future as I found the experience to be excellent in all aspects.
Purchased my Mercedes GLE a couple of weeks back and was very pleased with the car. The brake pad light came on yesterday and house of motors changed them for me today with no questions asked. Would buy from these guys again.
Kept out that car was a cat c on Facebook Marketplace but was there on Autotrader as they have no choice.
Imagine going over to Romford and not having that information. Was it deliberate?
Today I have baught a Bmw 325d from House of Motors Romford I can't fault the service the car was as described even better than in the advert, lovely people to deal with. I drove from South Wales to buy the car and would definitely go back to buy another one in the future. Got home after a 4 hour drive no problem with the car, we px a 118d Bmw which we had had for 3 years brilliant car full Bmw history only sold as needed an automatic well worth buying this car off these guys, brilliant service Thanks Guys 😊😊😊👍👍👍.
