Tried buying my first car from this dealership. It should have been an exciting experience but it was incredibly stressful and disappointing. Having found a car online and organised viewing it, my father and I took it for a test drive. The back brake was making some odd noises and the engine light wasn't turning off. We checked the spare and it was completely bald. There also wasn't a blade on the back windscreen wiper. We asked for these faults to be dealt with and arranged to view the car again a few days later. Once more, we called in advance, confirmed that the car was ready and went to see it. While most of the faults had been sorted, the engine light now wasn't turning on and the radio wasn't working. We were told it would take a few days to fix and, giving the company the benefit of the doubt, we arranged to come back a few days later to pick the car up. When we arrived at the arranged time, no one was there. We tried calling for an hour and no one picked up. When the owner finally showed, his attitude was appalling. He was confrontational and aggressive and blamed us for not picking up the car when we first saw it. When we reminded him that it was in no fit state to drive when we first saw it, the owner became even more aggressive and stormed off. Needless to say, we didn't buy the car nor will we buy any car from this dealership. It shouldn't take three trips to get a car to a safe standard nor do I trust the work that is actually done to the cars. I also don't trust someone who breaks their arrangements without notifying the other party and who becomes quickly aggressive with their customers.

Just went to have a look at a car on Sully Moors road and before I even got onto their forecourt saw one of their staff chuck a pot noodle on the grass rather than use a bin...safe to say il never return

Went to this dealer to buy a Ford Mondeo Ghia X I had my eye on and really liked the car, it drove with no issues on the test drive and I decided to buy it, the owner was a very friendly chap and saw to my needs, I was given a extended warranty too, and it was also delivered to my address, the other salesman who worked there, even gave me a ride back to the train station so i could get my train home, the reason i have given only 3 stars is because it's cost me over £400 on repairs due to having a faulty screen washer pump which had to be replaced as the front screen washers didn't work, had to have 4 new tyres and tracking done as the front 2 were defective and the rear 2 had splits and had water in them, even though the car passed the MOT with these defects evident. just recently i had to have the throttle sensor replaced as the engine management light was staying on, it was losing power and revving up on braking, my mechanic said to me to keep a eye on the fluid and oil levels, and he did a partial service as it wasn't done as promised, the car has spent more time off the road than on, also the reverse lights don't work but they will be sorted out at a later date.

Absolutely first class service with a genuine involvement to please and help. Excellent.
