Had an intermittent problem with my fridge whilst on holiday, they fitted me in the same day and tried a repair. It lasted a couple of days. When I rang them back, they again made space for me the same day, and this time fitted a complete new burner. This visit they only charged for for the new burner, not the extra labour. Excellent service, thank you for enabling us to continue our holiday. Andrew

On holiday in Pwhelli and rung Hamdden caravans for help as our caravan was all set up with the awning attached and we needed someone to come out and fix a problem that left us with no 12v, they explained that they didn't do jobs in this area, but because the engineer was having to come to Pwhelli to the bank he offered to come and have a quick look to see if he could find the problem for us. And as promised he called in and quickly and efficiently found the problem for us at no charge as he was just passing and done it as a favour. You could travel far and wide and not find a company that would go out of their way at their own expense to help a stranger, we are so grateful to them and would highly recommend this company to anyone, a company that go's above and beyond for its customers. Thankyou Hamdden caravans your help was very much appreciated and has let us get on with our holiday with no worries and a caravan that now works.

Fantastic Service, can't speak highly enough! Had a damp issue with a new Elddis which is sited on its first service, Mei and the team were great. He came out to site to check the problem, diagnosis spot on, Handled everything with Elddis and was flexible with the date to carry out the work also helped arrange a local company to tow my van to Porthmadog (since sited, I sold my towcar) Work done really quickly with no fuss. I have just had the second service and full damp check.. bone dry which shows not only the service was great, but the work carried out was top notch to. Thank you Hamdden! I have no hesitation in recommending Hamdden Caravans.
