What an amazing car dealership! Very relaxed atmosphere, no pushy typical car "salesman" tactics. I bought a car off them today picked the car up 12 months MOT, 3 new tires and rear brake pads for all done for me for peice of mind. They made buying my first car easy and made me feel confident with my purchase by being completely open; willing to answer my questions and prove their honesty. Also, I came from far and Ryan offered to pick me up from the nearest station. They provide wonderful hospitality - such a great family run business.
Went there to have a look at the car - poped bonnet up - hardly any coolant, engine oil level less than minimum, engine is not running smooth. 1 star - shouldn't sell cars like that.
I have just purchased a Golf Tdi. Excellent customer service, faultless attention to detail and couldn't do enough. Answered all my questions and the car was immaculate when I collected it. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you and keep up the good work.
