Waste of time !! Offered £5500 online ,£4500 at offices, even though they agreed the car was immaculate and saying a 7 day guarantee on valuation, reason was due to current covid situation the car lost 20 percent overnight,??? also out of 5 services 1 was done by independent Vauxhall specialist, but all their website asks has it got full service history not main dealer service history ,very misleading ,if you cannot guarantee the valuation ,or give a valid reason ,as to why you lose 20% of your valuation, in less than 24 hours ,dont advertise it !!
On the usual reply of ' tried to contact you" we only made the appointment on the evening before, and no phone call ,voicemail, text or email was received
