Having purchased (06th March 2020) a car from somebody called Roy on collection he assured me he had serviced it and checked it he said he had not got the hand book but would post it on, on returning home some 87 miles I found the air con did not work some thing that should have shown up on PDI inspection he said if I brought it back he would have a look at it as a gesture of good will, having sad that it would cost time and money to travel that distance and then when he ordered the part I would have to travel again, I could get it repaired locally and he could re in burse me he then ended up putting the phone down on me, these faults should have been picked on PDI or advertised without air con, for somebody who boasts that he has been in the trade most of his life , things have moved on he needs to be more professional and support his after sales and do what he says, but once he has got payment the service dropped off, here we are in July and still no handbook, I think the law needs to be updated to make people like him more liable and responsible .

Bought a 19 year old convertible from here. Roy sure knows how to buy in good stock. This car gas just 36K on the clock and is fantastic!
