Really great by phone, really great in the showroom (Covid arrangements were well done). Patrick Osmond called me after looking at Yaris online. Pat made it really easy, relaxed and well organised from start to finish. Really great service - friendly, professional and helpful. And the Yaris was very quickly really great to drive, clearly well built and delighted with my purchase. First drive was drive home - effortless from Newport to mid-Wales and barely sipped the fuel. Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive staff, especially the brilliant lady at the front desk, what an asset to your team Newport, as she absolutely made my visits ( to both - drop off - and collect my car after it's service ) a real pleasure.
Your front of house lady was welcoming, friendly, efficient and kind, getting extra information about my car for me, and calling for other members of staff to come and speak to me regarding my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
The staff could not have been any more helpful, or kind, the comprehensive service to my car & valet were excellent too, and the quality of customer service the team at Newport provided really did brighten my day, so thank you one and all, you will always come highly recommend and appreciated by me!
