Went to view a car last Saturday bought it on the Friday jules who i dealt with was great and helpful and his 2 colleagues were very helpful and looked after me gave me a price match for my car i bought cant fault the service i had from them

Paid a lot of money for a reliable car, to turn out it’s not reliable at all and I’ve needed to take it back twice in two weeks, that’s an hour trip each time. Raised a complaint on 06/11/20 for the inconvenience and frankly terrible service overall service I’ve had, and still no response when I’m constantly chasing it. Will not be purchasing another car from this garage, as they clearly don’t care after they’ve made a sale

So we picked up our new motability car today, Ford Kuga. Despite not being able to see our original contact, Ben went out of his way to complete all the paperwork etc. This is our third car from Evans Halshaw and we have been extremely impressed with their helpful and caring attitude towards us, we wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thank you.

Called and asked for a valuation as wanted to purchase a car from them. The salesman took all the details but having promised to respond (it only takes minutes to get a valuation) he never did. Just couldn’t be bothered, so how much care will they take with your car knowing this is their attitude at the outset???

Very disappointed with the service here. Staff were cold, unwelcoming and were reluctant to give any information. The service on the car was also unsatisfactory, not bothering to look under the bonnet or under the car, and when they encountered a problem, they didn't bother to phone until 20 minutes before I was due to pick it up. As only half the job had been done I enquired after a discount, in which I was told in no uncertain terms by the unfriendly staff that that wouldn't be possible. Overpriced, lazy and uncommunicative was the overall impression given today.
