After giving you a terrible quote they will then persuade you & guilt trip you into thinking that the price they gave you is a great one. I get that they sell at below market value, and I understand the concept, but don't lie to people and tell them they're getting a good deal! Declined the offer obviously, sold it privately at more than 2x the price they gave me the next day.

Good if you want to be realistic but if your attitude is I need thousands for my damaged or otherwise old car, you've got less chance. Yes I got less than quoted but as I was realistic with the damages age and mileage I wasn't disappointed. Be realistic and you will be happy!

The process was smooth and well organised. Scott was friendly and helpful and explained every part of the process to me as well as a call the day before to ensure I had the right documents. I feel it was a fair price for my car and a lot less hassle than selling it privately.

Absolutely shocking service!! Shame I can’t give them a one star rating! Made an appointment for them to view a car traveled from mid wales to see them only for no one to turn up. The parking area is run down and needs a tidy badly. Will never be returning to this location and most likely will never use the company again because of this.
