Would not recommend anybody purchase a car from here EVER, terrible service after the car was purchased. The car I bought came with a free 3 month warranty, as standard according to the salesperson who dealt with me. I had serious problems with the car before the 3 month warranty was up, and the staff refused to help and were very quick to point the blame elsewhere away from the fact that they’d sold a dodgy car. The manager, Carl, refused the idea that there was a problem with the car and instead decided to accuse myself of tampering with the vehicle, which I never did. It was the second car I had ever bought, and buying from this garage ruined the experience for me. Stay well clear if you can!!

If I could give a lower review I genuinely would the two men that run this place are ‘nice’ enough when you are buying the cars but when there’s a problem ( word of warning there usually is!)they are unhelpful genuinely rude. I don’t think they see us as actual customers but just money signs I bought a car and since doing so have had major work done to it which has cost well over £1000 do you think they wanted to help at all haha not a chance did they. To the owners don’t bother responding I’ve got nothing to say to either of you so don’t waste your time disgusting company

Collected our Qashqai today. Absolutely delighted with the car, which was immaculately presented. The whole transaction was stress free and Jethro was very knowledgeable and efficient without being at all pushy. I would highly reccommend Chester Car Supermarket. They have a great choice of cars and all staff are so helpful.
