We visited the showroom to try and decide what to buy. We were helped through this process by Gregg who detailed the options and explained the differences in the models. The showroom was busy but he spent the requisite amount of time with us, arranged a test drive, which enabled us to make an informed decision without being rushed into it. Our purchase sits well on the driveway.

Good check in & quality work to agreed time. However, follow up for the remedial action from the service health check was lacking. I was left hanging after booking the car in. Had to phone twice to find out the booking had been put back a day. I only found this out because I called the day before I was due to take it in... This should have been handled better .

I arrived as instructed at 9 o'clock for a service and MOT for my vehicle. The man who let me into the reception bay was fine, and he notified the service reception staff immediately. However, the place appeared to be deserted and I was left sitting in my car for over 15 minutes, without any contact. Someone finally arrived and took my details. Later in the day I was advised that some additional work was needed. I confirmed that the work should proceed and was advised that the parts would be ordered with the hope that the work would be completed the following day. Next day I was contacted to be told that the wrong parts had been delivered. I was not told whether it was an ordering error or a supply error. I was told it was hoped to get the correct parts the following day. I was able to collect the car after the work was completed. When I arrived, the man in the reception bay was again well organised and polite. I had an equally poor experience last year, which I won't bore you with unless you really want to know. Very disappointing. The new building and decor are impressive. Generally, the quality of customer service is well below standard.
