Phenomenal service from the moment we walked through the door. Jacinta (Jess) and Marco were utterly superb and certainly were the reason why we bought our new car. Excellent customer service throughout; car bought and picked up within one week. Could not recommend higher.
Absolutely quality and welcoming. For sure, the pandemic has not helped, but test driving was easy and achieved my expectations. The staff and sales persons make you feel relaxed and at home with no pressure on sales, but consideration for my needs. I experienced everything I expected.
On arriving the staff and sales team where all well presented and well mannered. The salesman I dealt with ( Charles Hemsley) was very helpful and made things easy to understand. I was also approached by other members of the after sales service team to say if I had any problems or questions just ask. I found the hole experience a happy and relaxed one, and never under any pressure. I would recommend a visit. 🤗🌈
Picked up my E-pace today a week after enquiring. Gregg was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and the handover was seamless. This is the best experience of buying a landrover or a Jaguar from Land Rover Chester. The Sales staff didn't push, but made the deal very easy, I was so pleased and confident that I had done the right thing.
