Friendly reception, lots of choice, expert advice. Can heartily recommend.
They drilled 2 holes in a oil filler cap to hide the symptoms of a collapsed Oil Diaphragm and deleted the eml codes so I wouldn't have noticed until sometime later, I had to buy a new oil diaphragm, breather pipes, aux belts, cam belts, water pump and have the Car completely serviced and it's still not running right. No wonder they tried pushing a years warranty on me when buying the Car seems to be a scam so they could claim to have the engine rebuilt from the warranty company after a seal cracks.
Not to mention the guy smokes indoors, his premises is disgusting and is extremely threatening making "jokes" suggesting that none of my friends would be able to protect me if I didn't keep to my payments we'd agreed.

STAY AWAY... We bought a Q7 6 months ago... We have had no end of problems... We have just had to spend £1849 + with Audi.. The ECM had blown & the throttle valve was faulty... My dad had contacted Mr Rickard & said we only offer a 3 month warrenty... REALLY... He did offer £200 compensation... I have 3 children & have paid Audi the bill owed but as you can imagine before christmas this does not come without consequences... He should never be allowed 2 sell vehicles... I have since found out that my uncle & cousin have bought vehicles of him with similar problems which have cost them in the region of £2000... STAY AWAY.
