I'm leaving you a 5 star review as I have not used your dealership and it would be unfair of me to rate you lower on that basis. We are located on the same estate and need to buy a new van but having read some of your reviews I will be using another dealer. UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY FROM DEALER: Regretfully you have said nothing to reassure me. If you always 'do your best' then why all the diabolical reviews? You point to no changes that have been made as a reaction to the poor reviews. In fact even your response troubles me, you clearly know my name as you addressed me as 'David' yet you don't take the opportunity to introduced yourself so that we are on an even-footing with both of us knowing each other's names. This is not how to do business in 2020.

I am very impressed with the excellent communications from S & B. They kept right up to date every step of the way, updating us with any new information as and when they had information.
