We had a great experience so far with Michael was very friendly and professional just a Generally a very nice chap.made us completely worry free about buying the car.he Did everything as promised Plus more!. Very pleased with the experience service people performed at Robins&Day Hatfield, Matthew service department manager was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Peugeot customer service directed me to Hatfield branch because of negative experience at the other branch of the same network and it really worked very well, issue was found very quickly and rectified within reasonable time.
I recently booked a test drive online to try the Peugeot e-208 GT.
I understood that due to current circumstances this may take longer than usual. To my surprise I received a call back within 24 hours from a gentleman named Giuseppe. He was very polite and was happy to book us in for a time that best suited us.
All round great experience and I would highly recommend Peugeot Hatfield, and more so I would highly recommend dealing with Giuseppe.

Beware:
Beth attempting to bully you into additional costs after a bungled booking.
Robins & Day originally offered a 2-Month wait time to accommodate a diagnostic and a battery charge. Once the car was finally in their care, Beth called to dispute the booking and the charges. Beth was unprofessional, discourteous and had no idea how to tactfully raise the query with me. Instead, she presumed that I had misunderstood the booking. After stating that she would check with the service centre, to listen to the original booking call, she returned and accepted that two jobs were indeed booked, but still attempted to double the charges to square their incompetence.
Most people would expect a car dealership to get the booking and the charges right in advance. But even if they bungle the booking, to lay the blame with the customer is shameful and makes for an ugly service.
It is completely par for the course for additional work to be needed after checking a car, which can then be accepted or not. However, to dispute their own booking, prior to initiating the service, based on the customer being wrong, is only for the inept or the cowboys.
The manager was unable to apply a resolution to my complaint and reneged on the booking.
I simply requested the return of the car, as there are honest dealerships in the area.
I drove down from Nottingham to trade in my Peugeot 308 against one of Robins & Day's demonstrators. From first reserving the car on the website, to sorting out paperwork over the phone and by email, Guiseppe was a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely nice efficient sales advisor not at all pushy and no pressure! The showroom was well laid out for CV-19 social distancing. From start to finish a great experience, highly recommended!
