We are always impressed with the whole process, it is troublefree they do what they say they are going to and a bit more and to time. Adrian is first class always helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. I do have one complaint about him though. I keep telling him to call me Dave but he continues to call me sir, I have solved the problem by calling him sir as well. Top bloke.

I have recently been to Beadles twice, first time to ask for help with a feature and second for a warrenty recall. Superb service both times and Caroline looked after me. She is amazing. This dealership are certainly not customer centric and act and perform like a bunch of third rate cowboys. I cannot understand why the VW brand put up with such incompetence!

Not happy with my service, had to wait over two weeks, and was told it is fixed but it was not fixed.... Due to one tyer which was a slightly different in width technician refuse a test drive, cars have spare wheel which is almost same size as a bike wheel this is allowed to be driven up to 50mph yet he felt slight difference on my tyer was too dangerous. I had my booked my van for over three months due to the covid and now it is out of warranty. Caroline is lovely not her fault but the technition has no experience. I will not be going back !
