Had a great experience buying a car here! The show room is fabulous and all the staff were friendly and welcoming! Gavin was very helpful during the whole process! Had to drop the car back for a minor fault and Dan who I dealt with was excellent! Extremely attentive and couldn't do enough to help! Kept me well informed and made the whole experience hassle free with great customer service! Very pleased with the car and level of service! Great work!

On the off chance I popped over Grange Hatfield Jaguar Dealership. I had to buy a new part for the lower grill. Fortunately they had it in stock. I was first met by Dan and Charlie who had a look at the car. Dan took me to part to see Oliver who found the correct part for my car. Dan and Charlie then got the car in to the garage for fitting. I must admit, after dealing with a few dealerships over past few years, I can rate this one above the rest. Excellent service guys. Well done.

My vehicle had an engine light come on whilst I was driving, I phoned and spoke to reception who put me through to Dan, he explained possible causes and his best advice was to bring the vehicle in as I was only local, when I arrived Dan was ready and waiting to help me, he took my vehicle to the workshop and came back with a technician who explained the vehicle needed a new sensor, this was ordered for my vehicle the next day and as promised Dan called me to let me know to bring the vehicle in, I waited whilst the vehicle was repaired and within the hour Dan had the vehicle back to me all done! I must say considering the time we are in and the issues we are all facing Dan was extremely helpful and a credit to grange his knowledge and customer service was exemplary! Very well done Dan thank you!

I had a problem with my Jaguar XE yesterday and called Grange Jaguar at Hatfield for help I spoke to Daniel Jaques the service manager who invited me to come down today with the car and they would try to sort me out. I arrived this morning to be met by Daniel who was very friendly and said not to worry it would be sorted. I made myself comfortable for a couple of hours and was handed back my keys with a big smile from Daniel Great service great friendly people - its what we all need in these strange times - he is a big asset to the company and its refreshing to be treated so well - THANK YOU
