Grange were absolutely amazing to deal with. I’m based in Glasgow and bought the car remotely and the guys couldn’t have been more accommodating. They sent loads of pictures and videos of the car and arranged delivery so quickly. I highly recommend Grange to anyone looking to buy a car from a team who are honest and who care for their customers!

Dealt with Peter Collins. Even though I was only buying (approved) used, you'd have thought I was buying a brand new car... his service and attentiveness was exemplary. He was a straight talker with no hard sell and a pleasure to deal with, even helping me after my purchase despite having already made the sale. It was a long distance purchase but everything was as described, with all enquiries answered promptly and additional videos/photos sent. Very impressed with this garage's obviously extremely high standards.

I went into the showroom in Hatfield on Friday not realising I needed an appointment. I said I was interested in buying an Evoque so receptionist asked me to wait. I did and a salesman came over after a while and I explained the main criteria was if the car fitted in my garage and could we test drive it to my house and see? I only live 10 mins away 4 miles. He said no problem and made me an appointment for the next day. I went this Saturday and we had quite a long chat over specification and price then agreed we’d go to my house. I waited in my car and after 5 mins or so he said his next customer had arrived and would I mind waiting 5 mins or so while he tried to sort it. I said fine. Another 5 mins or so passed and he came out and said he couldn’t do test drive today so we agreed Monday that he’d call or text and come over. I waited all morning and then rang and left a message. No response. I rang again 3/4 hr later and spoke to another salesman who said he’d been on a training course all morning and he’d get him to ring me as course was about to finish. 3 hours later no call. I rang again to tell them not to bother as I was less than impressed with their customer service and the salesman I’d dealt with answered. Not overly apologetic. Lied saying he’d been in courses all day . I said are you coming over this afternoon - he said he’d try. I said you’re not going to , are you? No probably not! I then said I’d go elsewhere. What happened to the salesman liking selling nearly £40k worth of car?
