Great 5 star car buying experience at Hatfield SEAT. From my first contact with Andrew until my handover (same day I might add) he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, also, Mark in Finance explained everything in simple terms keeping things at my level. Would recommend contacting these guys for your next car purchase. Great location and a very nice showroom.

Just had the annual service on my car which, unfortunately and unexpectedly, resulted in replacing both rear suspension springs! The cost of these was somewhat higher than I expected but the service agent, Sanjeev, was able to negotiate a decent discount for me. Many thanks. As things are difficult for everyone at this time, it is pleasing to still receive good and courteous service.

Twice I've been to this garage wanting to buy a car. The first time the rep was more interested in scoffing a sandwich than me. We agreed she would get someone to call me to arrange a test drive - which never happened. So I bought a car from VW in Letchworth instead - now there is a good garage! And now more recently we went in again. Not a great initial experience, although eventually though we did buy a car and all was good in the end.

Great experience with the service team. They informed me of the finance options on offer as it was a major service and belt change and everything was sorted easily. In these Covid-19 days their processes and precautions were exemplary and well managed. Communication was excellent and the car was ready when promised. This is a dealership that prides itself on customer service and I was totally satisfied. Thank you.

Just picked up my new seat and had andrew the mobility guy doing an amazing job ...if u want a hassle free excellent service ask for andrew ...thank you very much ..all staff should b trained by him ..polite courteous and nice person ..very rare ..deserves a pay rise he done everyones job on the day and made it a breeze ..keep up the good work ..paul
