A very friendly and efficient experience with Brayley Honda St Albans. Steve Evens & Julian were very helpful with the process, which went very smoothly & quickly. I had my car in under a week!! I would like to add here, that Steve made this whole experience for me. He was very attentive and explained everything clearly. He had patience with all my questions and was able to answer them all for me. Communication was outstanding, with regular phone calls to keep me posted on how the process was going. Housekeeping whilst in the garage, was spot on. We were offered drinks regularly, shown the facilities if we wanted to make themselves, as well as offered toilets. Full covid bits in place. I felt very comfortable at all times. Would highly recommend this dealership & it's staff. I will certainly use again x x

I am very disappointed with Honda and this dealership. They are absolutely not trustworthy, especially when it comes with used cars. I bought from Brayley Honda St Albans a used car in November 2019 with the insurance that the car was in good condition and serviced. On top of the price agreed, I also paid breakdown insurance and other extensions because I wanted to be safe. Today I took the car for the MOT and discovered that my car was not going to pass the test. After only 5000 miles using the car, mostly just for commuting in town, I had to replace the back tires, the battery and my bill was over 700£. I called the dealership for making a complain and the manager, didn't make any effort to check on my record, he didn't apologize and also told me he never sold me the car. Amazing! I never received such a bad customer service.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Steve Evans at Brayleys Cars in St Albans. Normally we would not buy a car for the full asking price BUT we just couldn't fault Steve's attentive service & we happily bought the car from him at full asking price. The person who bought the car in my family has been buying cars from a few different garages for over 60 years and he normally haggles a bit, but with Steve Evans he was happy to pay the full asking price. Steve goes above & beyond and he did whatever he could to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Is he also very humble & extremely polite. He gave us a courtesy call to confirm things and also to let us know when the car will be ready for us on the day as he didn't us to be waiting around - very attentive and thoughtful. Steve was not pushy with the sales either which is a relief as that can make us feel uncomfortable. He let us take as much time as we needed and made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area with drinks whilst we had a think about the purchase. Steve always had a smile on his face and really made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone and everyone, and we would come back to him directly for any future sales. Thank you so much for looking after us all Steve, we really appreciate all you've done for us, thank you!
