I had previously used Marshals when buying my daughters first car a couple of years ago and got a great Customer service experience from a lady called Chelsea,. I just tried them again for my sons first car and had another experience , this time from Asim. Despite not having the exact new car readily available in stock and not wanting to wait for a new build - Asim went over and beyond to find the right car already in stock somewhere on the Uk and kept me updated throughout the 2 weeks it took for him to be successful. He has been very personable and professional , providing very timely and relevant updates all the way through the process and through to us picking up the car yesterday. He made it an enjoyable experience for my son for his first car.

Having collected my car today, a car i never thought they could get, i cannot praise them enough. They were so helpful, informative and friendly, they went above and beyond to source my car and i cannot thank them enough. My new car is wonderful, beautifully presented and we were shown everything to make our onward journey perfect. Great experience - I didn’t have an appointment but turned up at 5.30pm on Friday to have a look at the ID3 which I’d been looking at online. The receptionist explained I needed to book a slot but they kindly let me in to view the vehicle which was stunning. The fact a valet guy was indoors wiping the car down to a hygienic state was very reassuring to know the team are really sticking to the government guidelines. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend the team. I will definitely be back to purchase soon! 10/10
