Great service from everyone at Marshal Volvo. Bought a new car and was kept updated on the progress throughout. When our car arrived on site we even got a video of it as Peter knew how excited we were! He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and get us our car on 1st September, all during COVID. The COVID procedures Marshal had in place were excellent and the virtual handover videos were really useful and thorough. The car itself is exactly what we wanted, and of the high quality you’d expect from Volvo. All staff that I spoke to were very friendly and I would definitely return if I were to buy another Volvo and will recommend to friends/family!

I wanted to share our FANTASTIC experience of buying a new care with Alex Beadle. Communication has been first class & this with Covid-19. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He went out of his way to do everything remotely as we have been shielding. He did what he said, which is so refreshing. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful unlike BMW who we were previous with. This is a great dealership who are OUTSTANDING ! Highly RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!!!!!

Very Happy with my purchase of an S60. Liam was helpful throughout the process from the enquiry to collection, and even very understanding when I had to cancel the original pick up time.
