Absolutely shocking company !!!! I bought a new discovery 5 ,6 months ago and had problems from the start, service don't care and don't return your calls until you speak to management! Problems have not been resolved and now I'm waiting for Landrover to buy the vehicle back this has been going on for 10 weeks with still no out come in sight.I have requested a replacement vehicle but am told all similar vehicles from Landcover are already allocated and this not shukers problem. I have now been offered a 1.6 petrol car with is not suitable for my needs,All shukers seem to be interested in is sell sell sell no customer service or support at all!! I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION,
In response to your reply the loan of the courtesy car was the tip of the iceberg.Im more concerned with how a company of your stature can employ such incompetent staff who lie and mislead have very poor attitudes and such poor customer relationship skill.

Me and my wife recently purchased our fully loaded disco 5 from shukers and we couldn't be happier with it and the service provided. We first got in contact with Sannan via Carwow and arranged everything over the phone as we live in Somerset. Sannan kept us updated throughout the build, amd sent us photos of the car once it arrived at the dealers. When we arrived the car was at the front of the dealers shimmering at us in the morning sun. Sannan gave us a warm welcome, offered us hot drinks, gave us a socially distanced tour of the car and waved us off. Top job 👏
Bunch of layers sold car without proper checking promised to rectify all, but unfortunately no one capped the word when you call them they never get back to you sale person Sannan Morgan who sold the car, Richard Stewart service manager who promised to sort all out and my car caped for 3 months and has not done all, and finally head of the business Neil Parry who you call or send mail and who promised to sort all out till now sorting ............
Excellent service I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership
Unhelpful sales team that are only interested if your going to buy brand new. The lady on reception was the only person that seemed interested in helping us.
