We bought a MINI Countryman from Scott Walker, and he was absolutely brilliant from day one - by far the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much trouble.
No one called me back. So I had to call 3 times.
Kept getting cut off...
Funnily enough immediately connected via Sales, but still no one available in Servicing to help....!?
Other alternatives to main Mini dealer, search out *Paddock Motors* Great Customer Service. Would not use Exeter Mini Dealer!!!!!
Very difficult getting through to the service team. Message left car ready yesterday, picked up next day, had to wait over half an hour before they returned the car to me. Not very well cleaned, after yearly service. Will not return to this outlet again. Rather travel further, for better service. Wasted a lot of my time today.
Very rude and dismissive sales executive. Unhelpful and impolite.
