Absolutely shocking service, not the service you'd expect from a supposedly prestigious dealer, they never return calls, I've sent two emails to two managers of which I've had no reply at all, I've asked time and time again for a service schedule, but nothing, it just takes the shine off of buying a nice car really. I did leave a 5 star when I purchased the car, but not a chance now, there is know care from anyone, unfortunately it's just a big call centre now for people in on the phones who couldn't care less, and I've even heard this from staff who work there. I'm sure their reply will be to this we're sorry to hear this please call us on blah blah blah, absolute joke of a place .

I really expected better service from a dealer like this, communication is so poor, so very disappointing, will be going elsewhere in future.
Super cars and always a good service here but they cannot offer an acceptable trade in price for me
