was rather lovely, tidy car, good deal, been helped by Claire, Imogen and Tom, all of which were very good. However.... as soon as you hand over your money, and get pressured into leaving a review as they sit and watch, the service just goes downhill. Almost impossible to get a reply from them and took me the best part of a year constantly chasing to just get hold of my warranty document that I paid for. The car did have some immediate faults including brakes and the boot lock, and when I went in they only did the lock as the brakes were just as bad as before which resulted in it going back in, and the boot lock is fault again a year on, however the more recent visits I’ve had with the aftercare garage itself are much more positive and so I’d happily recommend them. So in conclusion, the sales team were great and I had a great experience, the actual garage that carries out repair works have been quite good, especially in the last 6 months, however trying to get any sort of aftercare or response from the managers at the time was almost impossible, so take from it what you will. But I love my car and am happy I got it

Brilliant service by Phillippa. She did everything she could to work out a good deal for me, and she didn't disappoint at all. Home delivery was a huge bonus as I live over 300 miles away, so was happy I didnt have to travel. She was friendly and was happy to help anytime I called for advice or to see how things were going with my purchase. Very happy with my new car, and a wonderful service from all the team. Thank you.

WOW!!!! Where do I start? So I have just taken delivery of my new car and I am absolutely ecstatic! The service I have received from care Store Exeter was absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate them highly enough. From the start, I dealt with Cory, who was (in abundance) friendly, professional, helpful and generally made the whole process simple and very straight forward. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their service, customer care and high standards of professionalism and I am just so glad that I found their website and made the call. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Inexperienced staff and full of false promise. Put a deposit on a £15k car to be ready in a few days. No phone call as promised to give an exact date and time for collection. We phoned 5 days after paying the deposit to see if it was ready to be told yes come get it. We turned up looked at the car which wasn't cleaned at all so asked for it to be cleaned which was met with thats ok as it is but had to remind them they had offered to clean it before. I asked to see the literature on the guarantee they charge £500 for 2 years telling you it covers every eventuality. The girl replied with oh the paperwork gets emailed to you once you've paid for it. I pointed out that in order to charge people for a projected service they have to provide the information for the service they are buying. Eventually I has passed 4 pages out of 6 of the information that showed it didn't cover anymore than a standard warranty they have to supply by law. The manager when asked for the literature by the girl shouted at her and clearly said if they are asking these questions don't sell it to them. While there we had the unfortunate experience of listening to a customer complaint about a grinding coming from her car she's owned for a week and the manager was arguing with her saying it was normal to have them types of noise and they would do nothing about it. We then tried to talk to the girl again but was ignored so when we eventually got her attention to ask how much longer she said not long now we just need your license, insurance and address. I asked why my insurance and license and I was told it was policy to see these before they can let the car go and I reminded them I was paying cash for the car and it wasn't required. The manager then came out saying that unless we showed them the documents they wouldn't sell us the car he then went on to inform me that he had to tax the car before it left and again I informed him that once we've paid for the car we will sit in the car park and tax it in private using the greenslip of the v5 and he replied you don't get that with the car you get no paperwork with the car at all it will all be emailed later. So we decided to cancel only to be met with a barage of accusations of abuse and being shouted at to get out. I suggested he shouldn't be wearing his colleges knickers and to behave like a man rather than a hormonal teenage girl. We left and are still waiting for my deposit back

got my new car this week from Exeter car store had home delivery. Really pleased absolutely love my golf thanks to josh for all his help via emails and phone calls. I recommend car store good selection of used cars, home delivery good too 👍
