Very warm in the room although no heating was on, no extractor fan in bathroom and traffic from A38 kept us awake in and off throughout the night. Very clean though and quiet in the hotel other than that.
Well staffs are very polite and good, they try their best with limited facilities. Very busy accommodation. But best option for short stay.
No road noise issues on ground floor where we are, rooms are quite warm but family staying on the first floor report their room is much hotter. Basic but cheap so balanced out it is just right. Small fan in the room could be replaced with an Aircon unit to get up to 5 stars.
Really nice stay...very quiet room ..staff all very helpful & friendly
Will definitely stay again if in the area
