Brilliant garage highly recommend. Bought a Ford Focus ST from them it’s was in incredible condition. The guys were extremely helpful with out feeling pushed into. The car had a slight AIR Conditioning fault which I found after a few days of ownership and the guys were immensely helpful to get it all sorted. Added to all that it’s a really nice little garage with plenty of old memorabilia to look at and a few nice classics.

What a pleasant buying experience. I have bought many, many cars over the years and this was the easiest, quickest and most satisfying of all. The car was exactly as described with all documentation, keys etc present. I am very fussy about my cars and their history and even I couldn't find the slightest issue. Next time I need to change my car I'll probably just phone them up with my requirement and wait for a suitable car to arrive at Caldicot. Highly recommended.

Recently travelled from Ireland to buy a beautiful low mileage Volvo S60 from Peter and Alan at Thompson and Thompson this is the 2nd car I’ve purchased here having travelled over 3 years ago to collect a Saab 95 which is still part of our family. The experience 2nd time around was just as good as the first, the car was just as described and both Peter and Alan went the extra mile to answer any questions I had before travelling can’t fault these guys real car enthusiasts where attention to detail is routine

Brilliant, good honest people. Very pleased with buying a car from them. 7 months later....................... ........................... ......... ..... I just want to say, if you are looking for a used car I can absolutely recommend this dealer. I bought a car from them earlier this year, after a few months a fault developed with the car heater. They told me to take it to a local garage and they would cover the cost and they kept their promise. And the car we bought for our daughter is amazing. And their prices are brilliant, large selection available. I am thrilled to find honest and genuine people to buy a used car from. Had so many bad experiences in buying used cars in my lifetime from other car sales.
