I have been nothing but impressed with the service from Britannia. Archie has been a pleasure to deal with. He has responded promptly to all my messages (many of which were late at night)! Nothing was a problem for him and he made the whole process so easy. Thank you Archie. I love the car and hope to be back soon for my husband’s car.

Excellent customer service and great cars selection great car prices. I took the risk in travelling all way from London to them, it was worth it. Initially spoke to Justin who was very helpful in answering all questions. Once I got there Justin was expecting and cars I went to see were ready. best thing about them, you feel comfortable, there’s no pressure of any kind. I would highly recommend them for 3 reason 1) Excellent customer service 2) Great selection of cars 3) Great prices I would return again.

Recently bought a car from Britannia and I have to say from start to finish the service that we received from Justin really was second to none! From the first visit to the day of collection, Justin helped us with any queries we had. After collection, we did find an issue with the car but Justin organised the repair very quickly and I had it back within two days! Really could not praise Justin enough for his help!

First class no hassle buying experience. For a four year old car it was presented in a clean all up together state. Ready to drive away there and then. Not a penny (other than fuel) will I have to spend on the car for a year. This was important to me and also Britannia. These guys definitely put the customer first. Everything was explained by Archie throughout the buying process and a fair price offered for my trade in. If they don’t have what you want at the time just ask. Archie said they have plenty of contacts so can source what you require. Give them a go and save yourself some hassle. I shall return for sure.

Absolutely brilliant to deal with, the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I saw the car online on Sunday evening, sent an email.to Britannia , Monday morning they called me and we arranged a live video chat so I could view the car. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and put a deposit on the car. Tuesday morning I transferred the rest of the balance and today (Wednesday) the car was delivered to me by 9.30am by a lovely delivery man. The car is in immaculate condition and I am very happy with it. A big thank you to Archie and all the team at Britannia Motor Company. I would highly recommend them.
