Condition report on lot described as 'model kits' stated 'mostly complete'. When I checked on collection, the boxes were mostly filled with worthless scrap. I rejected the lot on grounds of misdescription. Auction house initially refused to refund, and only when legal action was suggested did they relent. In a childish act, I was then banned. Errors do happen. Other houses have apologised and refunded with good grace on these rare occasions, not thrown a tantrum and then sulked.

Interesting auction experience today with the auctioneer accusing me of sniping? Sniping is an Ebay activity not usable at an auction. Then another of the auctioneers tells people to stop hovering on the button of saleroom! I thought that we had removed the Nazis from power but it seems I may have been wrong. People are spending their hard earned money and have the right to consider whether they spend it or not. If a FEATURE of Saleroom annoys you then take it up with them and not your potential customers. Very unprofessional and zero customer empathy.

Excellent service provided by the guys.. Had some items that needed picking up from my house and put into auction. The Two men were very Polite and Very Professional and i had no worries about my items at all, some being of somewhat value. Can only recommend and will use in the future. And the Men are a Credit to Peter Francis Auctioneers.... 5 STARS FROM ME...
