Overall, 3/5.
Appalling, car in for a service. I was told it would be ready that day. Waited for a phone call... Never came. Walked over to pick the car up. They had closed. Tried ringing all morning... No answer. I am a carer for my vulnerable parents.. They need their food and medication today... I have no car to get it for them.
Delighted with the MOT and full service on my Citroen C3.
Brilliant service as per usual.
Top excellent work done to my vehicle by the very efficient staff and was personally provided with a great welcome by the good looking knowledgable receptionists, will have no qualms concerning ever returning there in the event of any future issues.
