Bought a car from here didn't receive any documents with the car ceri the so called salesman said he had sent everything to dvla upon myself contacting dvla they said penybanc had never sent anything it took me 10 months to get documents by registering the car myself also the aircon was empty ceri told me I could get it recharged elsewhere at my cost so people please beware and steer clear

Bought a Range Rover Evoque here just before Christmas. Customer service was top quality, Ceri couldn't do enough to help. Richard, the owner, even threw in a bottle of champagne. Will definitely return in future.
Terrible customer service. They almost had me pay for an RAC inspection on a car that was already sold. Once the car I was interested in was sold, Ceri ceased to reply to my emails and left me completely in the dark about the whole issue. Very unprofessional.
