I took my car in for a service. First, they smashed my bonnet lock in. Ok, I should have taken the time to explain that the extra key on the ring was for the bonnet. But they could have figured that out without forcing the lock so hard that it broke. They refused to acknowledge this and had me over a barrel so I ended up paying £80 for them to fix the damage THEY CAUSED.
Next, I look at my wheel nut lock and it's absolutely screwed. They mangled every single nut too. They admitted fault and ordered a new set. Weeks ago. Not heard since I marched in there to show them the damage.
Utterly incompetent.
Friendly, courteous and Covid-19 conscious staff. Very pleased in my dealings with the company.
Hi back at JJ 's Cross Hands. Once more for my car's second service. As ever a very professional out lookfrom the staff and in comfortable soroundings and the eating area has comfortable seating. Which is not always taken in to consideration in these large organizations. But every detail no matter how small has been taken into consideration and acted upon hear which makes the experience as painless and as pleasing as possible. If you wont a coffee or tea just ask.
ten out of ten for this company in my book.
