Really friendly service from Tina, not pushy and very knowledgeable.
Arrived this week on site and was pleased that covid restrictions were clear.
We phoned the office to discuss our potential requirements and were met with a negative response and what like an unwillingness to help.
I hope this was just an off moment and a frustration due to the high level of calls
We are first time caravaners with no experience whatsoever and we are so glad we came across Ennis caravans
We travelled 3 hours to see the van we wanted and were met by Tina Ennis who gave us a very warm welcome a much needed cuppa and left us to view the van.
There was no pressure to buy which was a pleasure not being hounded by sale chat. We fell in love with it and bought it on the spot.
Two weeks later we picked it up from them again met with a smiley Tina then taken outside for the Handover carried out by the very knowledgable and friendly Kieran who went through absolutely everything we need to know.
Because we were total newbies we were booked into a local cl site for two nights Kieran led the way and stayed with us helping to set the caravan up on site for our first experience.
Having never towed before Tina very kindly turned up on site Sunday morning and made sure we were all good for the journey home.
All in all it was a great experience Ennis caravans are a traditional family run business who actually care for their clients
